Please support my friend Jewu Richardson, who was shot in the chest by a New Haven cop and is now being charged with assaulting a police officer, which carries a heavy prison sentence. Justice For Jewu

is a growing movement, sponsored by People Against Police Brutality, demanding justice for father and community activist Jewu Richardson. On January 16, 2010, Mr. Richardson fought for his life after being brutally shot just inches from his heart, by a New Haven Police Officer while he was sitting in his car, unarmed with his hands raised in submission. Now after fighting for his life, he is fighting for his freedom as he awaits trial for a crime he did not commit.
