White Woman Listen! Black Feminism and the Boundaries of Sisterhood ›

I was looking through notes from African American Studies in college, and found notes about Hazel Carby. And had this electric wave of “OH SNAP” all through my body (also lots of coffee) and looked up this essay again. She is FABULOUS and she teaches at Yale and sometimes I see her walking down the street or drinking coffee somewhere and sometimes she notices me gawking.
